💳 Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method (FPX, Credit Card, etc.)

If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective), we will cover all shipping costs and send a replacement at no charge.

If the exchange is due to customer reasons (e.g. wrong selection, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive and verify the returned item in original condition, we will re-ship the requested replacement. Additional shipping fees may apply.
