Q1: Do your slimming products have side effects?
No. All MAGIC SLIMMING drinks (Mocca, Dark Magic, Kimi) are made from natural ingredients, free of laxatives and banned substances.

Q2: When is the best time to drink slimming coffee?
Drink MAGIC MOCCA in the morning before breakfast. If you have a sensitive stomach, take it 10–15 minutes after breakfast. KIMI enzymes are ideal for after dinner or before bed.

Q3: Can I lose weight without exercise?
Yes. Our drinks help boost metabolism and suppress appetite without dieting or working out — perfect for busy women who want results.

Q4: Can I take this during breastfeeding?
MAGIC KIMI is safe for breastfeeding moms. MOCCA and DARK MAGIC contain caffeine and are best taken after weaning.

Q5: Can I take it during menstruation?
Pause MOCCA and DARK MAGIC for the first 2 days of your period. Resume from day 3. KIMI enzymes can be taken daily, including during menstruation.

Yes. You can use different concentrated serums at different times (e.g., brightening in the morning, anti-aging at night) for enhanced results.

Q3: Are your products safe during pregnancy?
Most Dr.Select products are safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding. Avoid high-acid treatments during this period.

Q4: Are these available in stores?
Dr.Select is a professional Japanese salon-grade skincare line. Our products are not sold in regular drugstores or supermarkets.

Q2: What is NMN? Should I take it?

Q3: How do I take green juice/red juice?
Drink on an empty stomach or anytime as a daily health boost. Green = detox, Red = antioxidant support.

We ship from Malaysia:

Yes. We’ll email your tracking code and also send it to your WhatsApp.

Q3: Are international shipping fees inclusive of tax?
No. All international shipping rates shown on our website do not include any duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges. Customers are responsible for any import fees charged by their local authorities.

Q4: Who pays for customs or import charges?
Import duties, VAT/GST, and any customs clearance fees are borne by the customer. These charges may be collected at the time of delivery depending on your country’s customs policy. LIYA’S is not liable for any additional costs or delays caused by customs procedures.

Q5: Will I be charged taxes or import duties upon delivery?
All international shipping fees do not include VAT, GST, import taxes, or customs clearance charges.
You may be charged additional import duties based on your country’s customs policies.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected at the time of delivery.

Q1: Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept FPX (Online Banking), Credit/Debit Cards, and eWallets.

Q2: Can Singapore customers pay by card?
Yes. We accept international Visa/MasterCard.

Q3: Do you offer installment plans?
Yes. Malaysian customers can use Atome 0% interest installment plan (3 payments). Approval by Atome is required.

Q4: Why is my payment shown in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit)?
Our website supports multiple currencies. You can select your preferred currency during checkout, and your payment will be processed in the chosen currency. We use the Stripe payment system, which supports multiple currencies globally and accepts Visa and MasterCard payments.

Q1: How do I collect LY Points?
Simply register and log in. Your points will be credited automatically with every order.

Q2: How can I use my points?
You can redeem 500 LY for RM1 at checkout (minimum order RM100). Log in to see your available balance.
