🔄 Eligibility for Refund / Exchange
- Contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order
- Only applicable for items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

❌ Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used products
- Items purchased on sale or promotion
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
💳 Refund & Exchange Policy
- Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (FPX, credit card, etc.)
- If it’s our mistake (wrong, damaged, defective item), we cover all shipping fees and send a replacement for free
- If it’s a customer-requested exchange (wrong choice, change of mind), return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item back in original condition, we’ll send your replacement. Extra shipping charges may apply.
