🔄 Eligibility for Refund / Exchange

  • Contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order
  • Only applicable for items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

❌ Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

💳 Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (FPX, credit card, etc.)
  • If it’s our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover return shipping and send you a free replacement
  • If it’s a customer-requested exchange (wrong choice, changed mind), return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item in original condition, we’ll send your replacement. Extra shipping fees may apply
